The Calleja Group

Beginning as a one truck operation in the 1950’s, Calleja Transport has grown into The Calleja Group, consisting of a range of inter-related entities evolving from that single truck. While stemming from waste transport, this family owned business has striven for opportunities through innovation.

From recycling and recovery, to techniques that transform brown coal to fertiliser, to JBD Industrial Park’s focus on new technology industry tenancies, to research and development for the proposed Energy from Waste hub, to the Star Dam Rehabilitation Program, the Calleja Group continues to explore innovative solutions.

The Calleja Group engaged Room44 to design and implement a cohesive group identity that reflected each individual component’s key focus, with a clear fidelity to the Calleja umbrella.
